Led Zeppelin

The 12 years they where a band was beautiful. The music, the clothes, the hair and the persons where wonderful. Zeppelin are gods. John Bonham 1948 - 1980 R.I.P.
And may all who listen to Zeppelin know that they always will be in our hearts :)

Rehearsal

Tomorrow it's time for my band to start rehearsin and writing songs of our own. As I said earlier I have gathered 17 songs. But most of them will probably be kept by me since it's hard to teach the others in the band how you want the song. So we will take four of my songs and use, and then start writing comepletely fresh ones.

Gig den 20e augusti

Mitt band har spelning nästa vecka på fredag vilket vill säga den 20:e augusti :) dom som vill komma är välkomna för vi bjuder på en rejäl show och sen blir det fest efteråt! Konserten äger rum kl 19.00 på Kålltorps fritidsgård i cirka två timmar. Man tar sig dit genom att åka med spårvagn 3 mot Kålltorp och går av vid slutstationen Kålltorp, sen så kan man ringa mig på detta nummer: 0768-997843 så kommer jag och hämtar dig/er!

I've been to the Hardcore Superstar concert on Götaplatsen, Gothenburg today. I had a really great time. But some things bugs me with HCSS.. And that is the guitarist who replaced Thomas Silver. Sure, Vic is a great guitarist and I personally love the guy as a proffesional guitarist with a lot of feeling to his playing! But on some of the old songs which Silver plays on originally, he plays the wrong notes on a lot of parts as far as I myself can hear with my guitaristear, and also the most irritating thing of all... When Vic came in he brought a more Heavy metal style to HCSS which really doesn't fit.

Now they tune down the intruments to D and drop C. Which makes the classics unreacognisable. And that is really just a pity since I love the classics such as She's offbeat, Bag on your head and Wild boys. But I did almost not reacognise the guitar riffs. They were so much darker that you barely can hear it's them. No I just say one thing: for all the songs prior to Vic, a Thomas Silver is needed and the instruments tuning need to be in half step down or E standard. Otherwise Vic is great! But HSCC ain't itself without Thomas!

hmm...

I've written a lot of songs for my band. I think it's about fifteen of 'em. And well... I think they kick ass most of them ^^ Just wait a little while and you will se them on youtube when we play them ^^ o well see you soon
